Yes. All standard international packages are shipped with Singapore Post and come with a tracking number. Please give 7-14 days for your package to arrive depending on location. Please check delivery and returns for more details. It may take longer with the holidays. For Expedited shipping we ship with FEDEX and it should reach your location within 2-5 days. We do recommend expedited shipping for the holiday season.

For all local customers, jewelry pieces have a 3 year warranty. We repair your pieces for free. International customers can email support@closetchildren.com to inquire about repairs. We will do our best to see what we can do to help you!
